She's bad at love, but he's even worse...

Marina is hot, blonde, and wickedly smart, but when it comes to men? She's hopeless. Between her quirks and her lack of filter, there isn't a man in Los Angeles that will stick around after the third date.

Her handsome, charming friend Lazarus has the opposite problem. Everyone wants to be his girlfriend, but he gets bored and moves on quickly.

There's only one way to figure out why neither of them has cracked this love thing-- they'll date each other. On paper, it's the perfect experiment. But in reality, things between Marina and Laz get complicated quickly.

They might be bad at love, but they are even worse at being friends.

Bad at Love was a bee-utiful friends to lover romance.  Not the sappy PG kind either and all the more happier for it!  I could literally wax poetic about my love for Karina Halle’s writing.  In fact I often do.  🙂  Laz and Marina have stolen my heart with their weirdness, openness, and crazy sexy chemistry.  I was smitten from from page one.

Both of them are self proclaimed bad at love.   Over the years they’ve become best friends and are determined to help each other figure out why they can’t stay in relationships.  What better way than to date each other?  It was bound to not work out right?  Instead it does work out….a little too well.  Neither is equipped with experience to know what to do.  It was sweet and sassy reading for sure.  I found myself not wanting to stop reading.

Light and dark collide and it’s explosive!  It’s poetry in motion.  Light airy romance, dirty sexyiness, with loads of angsty currants running right under the surface.  Insecurities keep both of them on edge.  It all makes for magnificent reading!  I truly loved these characters.  Even when I was mad at them I loved them!  Karina never ceases to amaze me with her intriguing storylines and complicated characters.  I’m always anticipating what she’s going to give us next!
